The Ravens Wood Consultancy was founded by Jayesh P. Patel in 2010 providing project delivery consultancy services to Professional Service Firms and their Clients requiring support and expertise in the delivery of Marketing Strategy and Business Development Services.
In 2017 the focus changed to specialising in creating Progressive Accountancy Firms for the competitive modern world by utilising similar techniques to the top 50 firms.
Philip Pearson was appointed as Finance Director in order to facilitate the future growth of the firm and to enable us to offer our services to a wider audience. We recognised that with the ever-changing climate in Accountancy, that Accountants need to build more advisory work in order to maintain a competitive edge.
Clients have become more demanding and have greater needs than ever. They are looking to work with their Professional Advisors on a partnership basis and are no longer content with accountants that merely record history.
Our plan is to aid Accountancy Firms by recruiting Practice Consultants who will operate from Manchester; Leeds; Liverpool; Birmingham and the East Midlands over the next few years. The Consultants will deliver Marketing Strategy and Business Development services to firms on a localised basis and assist Accountancy Firms to build more advisory work.
